The Hampshire Sheen product range is a blend of danish oil, carnauba wax for a tough finish and microcrystalline wax for additional protection. Each pot of Hampshire Sheen in the UK and Europe is blended by creator Martin’s own hand, poured individually and allowed to cool slowly before labelling.
Hampshire Sheen Original and High Gloss are stiff paste waxes (think harder than what you are used to with other brands of paste wax) with a very high wax content to produce a finish that is second to none. They don’t include any beeswax whatsoever as a softening agent so the finish doesn't dull after some handling. The finish you get with Hampshire Sheen is the most resilient on the independent market.
