We have a large selection of heavy duty scrapers to choose from to include bowl scrapers, round end scrapers, domed scrapers, square end scrapers, skew scrapers and Tracy Owen signature shear scrapers (listed separately)
If you are turning bowls, hollow forms, boxes, platters or any face plate work you will need suitable scrapers to finish both the inside and outside of the workpiece. Whether they are used in the traditional scraping way or for shear scraping they will remove ripples and bumps left by bowl gouges. Heavy strong scrapers will reduce vibration in use and the tools listed are designed to do just that. These tools are very chunky to say the least, made from M2 high speed steel.
