Da Vinci Ornithopter Wooden Kit

Based on Leonardo da Vinci’s drawing from the Codex Atlanticus. It remains unknown if the original 15^th century ornithopter was ever fully made or tested at the time. This working model demonstrates how it might have looked and worked and uses on of his bevel gear designs to make a automaton with flapping wings and a pilot with moving arms and legs.
